Include a clear subject such as Privacy Request, Data Processing, Security Report, or Legal Notice. For a security report, describe the affected Relay surface and observed behavior without sending credentials, malicious files, or unnecessary Customer Data.

Content, Abuse, and Rights Reports

Anyone may use the protected email address on this page to report Relay-hosted or Relay-delivered content, a public page, asset, communication, or integration output. Use the most specific subject available:

  • Content or Abuse Report for other harmful, unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited Relay-hosted or Relay-delivered content;
  • Status Page Abuse for harmful, deceptive, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited content;
  • Phishing or Impersonation for urgent security concerns or misleading affiliation;
  • Copyright Report for claimed copyright infringement; or
  • Trademark or Other Rights Report for trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights concerns.

Include the applicable URL, message, or resource identifier; identify the content at issue; explain the concern and the action requested; and provide a reliable way to contact you. For a rights report, also identify the protected work or right and your authority to act. Do not send passwords, private keys, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Tidestone may request information reasonably needed to verify the report, preserve evidence, notify the affected Customer when safe and lawful, and quarantine affected content, an account, integration, publication, asset, communication, or other resource. After review, Tidestone may recover a quarantined scope. Tidestone will scope action to the reported risk when reasonably possible. This general copyright-report intake does not represent that Tidestone has designated an agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

To receive Tidestone's legal name, business address, and refund policy by email, use the subject Seller Information. Tidestone will send the information within five days.
