This list identifies providers Tidestone Technologies LLC uses to operate Relay and Customer-directed services through which Customer Data may pass. Capitalized terms have the meanings in the Data Processing Terms.

These providers process account, organization, operational, support, delivery, integration, security, device, and diagnostic data only as needed for the listed purpose. Some providers may also process limited account, network, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance information independently under their own terms.
Billing Provider
Stripe, LLC provides Checkout, subscription billing, invoices, payment processing, and the Billing Portal when Stripe is the provider identified for a provider-billed arrangement. Relay sends Stripe the signup and user identifiers, accepting-account email, legal-bundle metadata, selected plan, price or promotion, quantity or usage information, and billing metadata needed to create and validate the arrangement. Stripe collects payment and full billing-address details directly in its hosted flow. Relay does not send complimentary or externally billed organizations through Stripe merely to establish their Relay billing arrangement. For Relay's DPT, this billing activity is controller-scope processing, and Stripe is not a Tidestone Subprocessor authorized under Section 5 of the DPT. Under Stripe's terms, Stripe acts as a processor for some services and as an independent controller for payment, fraud-prevention, regulatory, financial-network, and related purposes.
Identity Provider
Google LLC provides optional Google authentication. When a user chooses that method, Google processes the sign-in under its own terms, and Relay receives the identity and profile claims needed to authenticate the account. Google may process account, device, network, security, and usage information independently for its own purposes.
Website Analytics and Advertising Measurement
Current provider: Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. Google Analytics measures consented visits to Relay's production landing page and confirmed demo, account-signup, and initial paid-signup outcomes. It receives the website-measurement information described in Section 2.8 of the Privacy Notice, including separately consented advertising click identifiers. Google Analytics is linked to Google Ads, with conversion actions configured for these outcomes. Advertising measurement uses a separate consent choice. Advertising personalization and audience sharing remain disabled.
Tidestone acts as controller for this information. Google processes measurement data for Tidestone under the Google Analytics Terms and applicable Google Ads Data Processing Terms. These services are not Customer-data Subprocessors under Relay's DPT. They are separate from Google's authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and Google Workspace roles.
We have disabled optional Google products-and-services data sharing, Google Signals, enhanced measurement, user-provided data collection, enhanced conversions, and advertising personalization. Google may process information in the United States and other countries where it or its subprocessors operate. Google Analytics user and event data retention is set to 14 months, with renewal on new activity disabled. Deletion runs on Google's schedule; this setting does not apply to standard aggregated reports, which may remain longer. Browser-storage periods and Relay's consent controls are described in Section 7 of the Privacy Notice. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
We update this section before adding or replacing a measurement provider. Changes remain subject to the purpose and consent limits in the Privacy Notice.
Customer-Directed Services
Customers may direct Relay to exchange data with services such as Slack, Datadog, and customer-configured webhooks. Those providers act under the Customer's instructions and their own terms unless they are separately identified above as a Tidestone Subprocessor.
Changes
Tidestone may replace or add providers when reasonably needed to operate Relay. For a new Subprocessor that will process Customer Personal Data, Tidestone will update this page and give the Account Contact reasonable advance notice before processing begins. Where applicable law requires an opportunity to object, the notice will allow it.
Customers may raise a reasonable data-protection objection through the contact method in the Company and Contact Notice. The parties will work in good faith on a reasonable alternative. If none is available, Tidestone may discontinue the affected optional feature, or Customer may terminate the affected Service.
